We currently deliver within the UK mainland. For deliveries to remote areas, islands, or outside the UK, please contact us before placing an order.

Delivery Times

As our furniture is sourced from cancelled orders, delivery times may vary depending on the item and location.
Estimated delivery times will be confirmed after purchase, and we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date.

Delivery Charges

Delivery costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly shown at checkout or confirmed prior to dispatch.

Condition of Goods

All items are brand new and unused. We carefully inspect products before dispatch to ensure they meet our quality standards.

Receiving Your Order

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. We recommend checking your items upon arrival and notifying us within 48 hours of any issues or damage.

Access & Delivery Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure there is suitable access for delivery (doorways, staircases, lifts, etc.). Failed deliveries due to access issues may result in additional charges.
